Profile: the winery’s flagship, the result of a highly personal process of fermentation that allows us to extract all the characteristic features of the Graciano grapes from which it is made. It is aged using new French and American oak in equal parts.

Serving temperature: Best served at 16 ºC.
Tasting session: To the eye, it has a very intense purple red colour with ruby hints and plentiful tear. On the nose, it reveals notes of vanilla, cinnamon, balsamic tones, mineral and spicy details, blackberries and bakery aromas. It is powerful in the mouth and shows body and a certain sweetness. Velvety and sticky, it is defined by the tannins characteristic of this grape variety.
