Profile: White wine whose fermentation finishes in new barrels made from oak from different sources, on its fine lees.
Varieties: 100% Viura.
Serving temperature: Best served at 8 ºC.
Tasting: Pale golden colour with a pronounced tear, it gives off aromas of anisettes, fine woods, honey, white flowers and dried peach. Enters the mouth smoothly, where it shows body and stickiness, with slight tannin, citrus and balsamic tones.
