Profile: Wine made from a selection of the best of our own grapes, which undergo a low-temperature maceration process, prior to alcoholic fermentation. Aged for 16 months in a new barrel made from French and American oak. This is followed by a process of maturing in the bottle.
Varieties: Graciano, Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Garnacha.
Serving temperature: best served at 16 ºC.
Wine tasting: Cherry red colour, high intensity. With an intense aroma of red fruit preserve with complex subtleties and spicy tones. Hints of toasted woods, liquorice and bakery. Smooth, sweet finish. As this wine has not been subjected to any external physical processes, sediments may appear. This is a consequence of the natural winemaking process. Decanting is recommended.
