Profile: Produced by devatting of the grapes using gravity. The must ferments slowly and continuously at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC.
Varieties: 100% Garnacha Tinta grapes.
Serving temperature: Best served at 8 ºC.
Tasting: Rosé wine with a soft, bright strawberry colour. It has intense aromas of red fruits, above all strawberry, pomegranate and watermelon, with citrus notes. In the mouth, it has a sharp, potent taste, with hints of strawberry, watermelon and quince, and a fresh, elegant, harmonious finish.
